Terms and Conditions (T&C) and Privacy Policy
General Terms and Conditions for Renting Holiday Homes of Kite Oasis Parajuru.
1.1 Rental Agreement The rental agreement between Kite Oasis Parajuru and the guest becomes effective upon the booking confirmation. By making a booking, the tenant accepts the following terms and conditions.
1.2 Payment Terms
- A deposit of 30% of the total rental price is due at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
- Payments are made via bank transfer or according to the payment methods agreed upon during the booking process.
1.3 Cancellation Policy
- Up to 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
- 29 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental price will be charged.
- Less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total rental price will be charged. Cancellations must be made in writing.
1.4 Use of the Accommodation
- The accommodation may only be used by the number of people specified in the rental agreement.
- The tenant agrees to handle the accommodation with care and promptly report any damages to the landlord.
- Smoking indoors, hosting parties, and having unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited.
1.5 Liability
- The landlord is not responsible for the loss or damage of the tenant’s personal belongings.
- The tenant is liable for any damages caused by themselves, their travel companions, or their guests.
1.6 Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
- Different times can be arranged upon request.
- Privacy Policy in Accordance with Brazilian Data Protection Laws (LGPD)
